One of the ways to increase this accuracy is with checks on the SQL query itself. At Basejump, we use a process similar to the following to ensure users are getting correct results:
- Validate the primary keys in the result
- Validate the query joins
- Validate the query syntax

When building enterprise AI Data Analytics applications, it's very important to ensure what is returned is accurate the first time. Granted, we also want users to be able to self-verify the AI output as well, but the 'zero-shot' accuracy from the application should be high.

What is a data object?

A data object is a piece of retrieved data from your datasources. The data object can be 1 of 3 types:

1. Metric: A metric is a data object that is 1 row by 1 column. In the Basejump UI, metrics are shown with a green gradient color and a box icon.

Some things to consider:
- What is the top K to keep from recent chats vs retrieval?
- Which vector database do you use?
- What do you include in the memory for the AI vs. what is shown to the user? - Do you add additional metadata to chat history?
