I could see use cases for this purchase method though including making it a gift, a prize or a useful bundle for a new / remote agent

If they were going to create something attractive to tactical use, they could sell an ADA/ Jarvis bundle that we could send as a code to a remote agent

I had thoughts about this one.

I tried buying one as an experiment. One issue is that the code arrives days later, which felt to me a bit unresponsive to gameplay plans. The code worked though with no issue. The items are relatively easy to hack instead, but the VR hack mods are welcome

@brianrose.bsky.social When we are doing an Ingress Mission Day in a city with a previous mission day still online, it’s quite confusing for the agents - especially when they have similar names. Could you consider either taking the old ones offline or (wildcard) allowing the old ones to count?
