I asked Labor Secretary Walker today about the $15 minimum wage bill I’m co-priming with Reps. Green and Kenyatta. $7.25 isn’t livable. Raising the wage strengthens workers, supports families, and makes Pennsylvania more competitive.

In Pennsylvania prisons, people earn about 23 cents an hour. A $5 medical co-pay is nearly a week’s wages. That means access to care can depend on whether someone has money in their account. My bill will reduce the co-pay to $1 — keeping accountability in place while removing a real barrier to care.

Pennsylvania must be ready if we see the kind of federal immigration overreach we saw in Minneapolis. Today, I asked AG Dave Sunday whether his office has the tools to protect our state. I’ll keep fighting to make sure everyone can live and exercise their rights without fear.

That is not how our democracy works.

President Trump campaigned against regime-change and endless wars. Yet these actions risk pulling the United States into exactly that kind of open-ended conflict.

President Trump and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have directed coordinated military strikes against Iran, targeting military sites as well as locations tied to Iran’s political leadership. At least one civilian site, including a girls’ school, was struck, causing mass civilian casualties.

Pennsylvania can’t compete when our minimum wage is still $7.25. I talked with Secretary Siger about my Bill with Rep Green & Kenyatta to raise PAs wage to $15 immediately— something over 2/3 of Pennsylvanians support.

Houses of worship are sacred spaces.

No one should fear ICE while praying or grieving. My bill helps protect them inside and right outside their doors.

Religious freedom should mean freedom from fear.

Duplexes shouldn’t be illegal. Outdated zoning drives up costs.

We’re working with Gov. Shapiro to expand common-sense housing options like duplexes and shared homes. More supply. Lower costs.

Over-incarceration clogs courts, wastes money, and doesn’t stop repeat crime. Diversion programs work because they focus on accountability and the root causes of crime. My resolution studies how to expand and improve diversion across PA and it just passed the Judiciary Committee!

Violence by federal agents in Minnesota is taking innocent lives, including ICU nurse Alex Pretti. Our PA House resolution today calls on Congress to ensure accountability comes before more funding.

The President and his enablers have unleashed chaos, lawlessness, and violence in our communities in pursuit of a radical agenda to seize power and instill fear through state-sanctioned violence.
