yes, of course. there are multitudes of things that are worse. but dang if this doesn’t make me want to jump right off the roof at the first disruption of my sleep

this is week 2 of inability to breathe.

the past 2 nights i’ve been up way too late. tonight i’m in bed early to read before i fall asleep.

spent today in a queer space with a friend, crafting & coloring & avoiding the doom scroll for a few hours. it felt like community. it felt hopeful.
now, though, i am in full doom mode and wide awake at 1am 🥲
