Same here. And my stomach is totally confused too!

My body automatically wakes up one hour too early now, that's why. It may be an extra hour in bed, but that's not the same as an extra hour's sleep. That hour is now missing from my day. Hell, it's complicated when you have fibromyalgia and are in the menopause... 😕
