The Trump regime in the USA has cut off military and humanitarian assistance to Ukrainian defenders.
The Gulf States and Israel refuse to participate in sanctions against the russian invaders.
Nevertheless, Ukraine is sending experts to the Middle East to help civil defence.
I saw a BlueSky post earlier (sorry, didn’t save) that said we are dealing with the aftermath of the end of Democracy and an authoritarian takeover, rather than the run up to it. I think that is correct.
