I think a potential solution is only coming out now because those at the “top” made a shit ton of money off of a broken system—and they’ve used their privilege, narcissism, greed, and influence to keep it that way.

Some other restrictions on corporate power to consider:
- prohibit all political contributions
- prohibit stock buybacks
- require companies to pay their employees living wage
- cap executive pay at some multiple of the lowest paid employee salary
- prohibit pollution of any kind
