100% same one. What helped me was drinking thawing potions right away and rejuvenating potions and hope for the best. At this point I also realized I could give my support character equipment. That helped a ton too. Good luck!

Dude, that happened to me at the end of Act II. When I reloaded it my characters body was now in town. Maybe try that. Helped a lot.
