I’ve spent the last two years playing calculus with how much of my time and head space I can give to something that never rewards me. I think I’m basically done now. Maybe Ayto can let me sign good players one day, but I can’t spend decades or years sorting it out.
And I get it, you know. Being a spoiled fan is dumb, and plenty of fans don’t see Jesus score 2 hat tricks in a week, but this is a personal thing for me. I have given up on every other club that has made me waste three decades watching. I don’t see why this should be any different.
