The brain of a 2 year old isn't developed enough for quick forced transitions. Unless the teacher goes down to her level (on the floor), makes eye contact, and addresses her directly, there should be no expectation of transition.

That said, nothing is gonna stop the sass, haha. My two girls, too.

Watching Bluey with the kids (oldest had 102 fever, so laying low today), and thinking to myself...kids are super excited about the movie next year, but with 90 minutes of a Bluey story, EVERY parent isn't leaving without crying likely two or more times.

I have 'Moment Zero' left to read, but so far I've thoroughly enjoyed 'Snapshot' and 'Firstborn'. The other stories are good, but didn't quite have the same impact for me.

I don't know if my young children even have that energy.

No longer having a staple in your life is hard. Especially when it is your goto caffeine choice. Do you have a decision on your next choice?

I don't typically read Sanderson outside the Cosmere (except, of course, the last three books of Wheel of Time). Giving this a go, though. Read some of the stories; so far they are hit or miss (the misses are still good, but the hits are fantastic).

We don't have the technology here in 2026.

Finished Isles of the Emberdark last night. It is definitely S tier for me. Up there with Yumi and Words of Radiance. Such a satisfying story; boo to the naysayers.

I never claimed he was a show runner. Only that he does have experience in a television production.

He had a good hand in the Wheel of Time show, at least initially.

Not being non-conformist to eat it improperly, but instead just being wrong. Or you're a toddler.

The benefit of not being able to drink is I don't have a hangover today. So at least there's that.

This is coming out amazing.

At the beginning of the season, I was the crazy one who said the Patriots could make it. And we did. Now here's hoping we get the W tonight!!
