I caught up to all 12 He Who Fights with Monsters audiobooks and now I have to wait until next year for the next book to come out. 😩

This is part of the problem with this era of fighting games. It really does feel like it’s in such a box. Especially 3D fighters. We have Tekken, Virtual Fighter, and what else? There used to be so much variety in art, concept, and gameplay.

So I started playing Sonic X Shadow Generations because my son insisted I get it and wow, this game is really good. Like, the Shadow levels and the hub world feel like the perfect evolution of Frontier’s gameplay.

Finished South of Midnight. I enjoyed it. Story & world are great. Some of the gameplay/platforming feels very early 00’s era action adventure. In some aspects it feels lacking but the simplicity can be comforting to just have fun with. I hope Compulsion gets to build on it.

Steam OS and Bazzite are fantastic as I am presented with an easy to use UI for gaming and the ability to switch to a Desktop mode for any 3rd party apps I might wish to install

It’s insane how DC/Warners Bros. treats all of its superheroes outside of Batman/Superman. It’s like creators pull teeth to get them make anything and when they do and it doesn’t meet expectations, it gets thrown in limbo for like a good decade. Look at Green Lantern and Flash.

Pretty crazy for Warner to say they are focusing on DC Games when the only ones they are willing to put out and invest in are Batman ones.

Monolith has such great games. This really sucks for that team. Also, Wonder Woman cannot catch a break either. No games, no movies, no animated series.
