We do, in fact, need customs and immigration enforcement of some sort. We need a way to acknowledge that while saying clearly that the entire ICE workforce, structure, and policy doctrine have to go, and the mission re-worked and the agency re-formed. Mamdani did pretty well getting at that point.

At this point, I am not sure I could tell the difference between a mental health break and a psychotic break. There’s no relief from any of it. Stay informed - live in a hole - talk to people - lock yourself in a closet - none of it makes any difference.
