We flew up to Vancouver, BC in April. Canadian border folks fun, friendly, smiling. Coming back, US border folks were grumpy, rude jerks.
It really does suck to be us. At least we live in Portland!

I love it! I was taught by nuns who wore the medieval habits complete with wimple and guimpe! Looking back, methinks more than a few of them were a bit more 'worldly' than they let on! Speaking of thrift stores, I have a Betty Boop mug I use as a pen holder on my desk! It's been around a while, too!
