I’m standing on a stage with my good friend Jenni Field. Behind us is a big sign that says The Long Haul Leader Summit. There are two screens. One is in the right hand side the other is on the left. On the screen it says Believe in yourself so others believe in you.

A lunch with a friend reminded me that in 2018, when asked what some of my greatest fears were, public speaking was up there. It's funny how life can change overnight when you stop seeking external validation.

Oh they play such an important role at an airport alongside other faith leaders.
