Struggling to let go after a long term personal investment of time, only to not even "break even" on the time and effort you invested into it, is a frustration I'm still learning to let go.
Definitely something I need to hear as an artist from time to time.

There are people who *live for* going against the current, problem solving, hitting a wall and climbing right over that biz with a firey look in your eye.
This promotion misses the point that part of the human experience is that high you get when *you* *yourself* learn something new.
"Redefining how the world works'..? "Knowing how to ask the right questions?"
Despite knowing how to ask the right questions, I think it missed a huge point:
Generalising the human population as everyone wanting the "easy way out", couldn't be further from the facts.

When I come across overly critical artists I often recommend doing "eye crimes" (A silly way of saying "Funny doodles that make you laugh).
Because yes, you're acknowledging it's "bad", but you're taking the power out of it by laughing at it! :3
