- Why is this shit $80 bro please

- A small nitpick, the buffer system for tricking is a bit odd. Shake tricking having a more lenient buffer window seems arbitrary and weird to me

- I have mixed feelings about there being 24 players per race. Sometimes it works, other times it really doesn't lol

- Rail grinding and wall riding are by far the best additions to ANY Mario Kart game for me. They allow for so much creativity and player expression, and I hope they never, ever go away

- Boomerang sucks so bad man, it needs to be changed so that only front-runners can get it, please

- Routes are alright. I would like them more if they weren't the main tracks you played in worldwides. They're not as interesting or fun as the traditional 3-lap tracks, for me at least. They do have their place though

- The music is extraordinary

- Visually, this game is a knockout

- The depth of decision-making in this game is sincerely incredible

- The item balancing is (nearly) perfect

- Most of the new tracks are very well designed and showcase this entry's new mechanics very well

- Unlocking all of the costumes was extremely annoying LOL

I'm nearing about 150 hours in the game, so I think I've got a solid grasp on how I feel, so I'll go ahead and give my abridged thoughts (for now)

It's hard for me to say still since it's still The Newest One but I really do think Mario Kart World might be my favorite in the entire series, at least from a mechanical standpoint
