The SPM figure drawn from Ch4 of the Transformative Change Assessment - it is a wheel, with the central views/structures/practices that need to be changed at the center, a ring of underlying causes of biodiversity loss and nature's decline around the center, another ring of five challenges to transformative change, and outside the 20 barriers that emerge from these challenges.
Also note, the challenges loosely line up with the most salient underlying causes of biodiversity loss and nature’s decline.
