Yep! I thought we talked about it before but maybe not. John was a freshman my senior year.

After the sleep fog cleared a little, I turned on the TV in my room just in time to watch the second plane hit. I got ready for class and after we got there my prof cancelled class (as did everyone else that day). I went to my friend’s dorm and we watched the news in a daze the rest of the day.

My senior year of college, I was 21 (at TTU!) It was one of the only days that I finally didn’t have an 8 am class so I was asleep when the first plane hit. My best friend called me and told me what happened and I was initially mad at him for waking me up when I had a late class that day.

Yikes. I don’t get the appeal at all, it just looks terrible.

It says it in the owner’s manual I just usually forget.

I ran today in the perfect weather we had and then enjoyed the fun Unsung Broadway cabaret with friends! Yay first day of my free weekend!

He just told me!

Guys I have the ENTIRE weekend off! And the whole day today! Literally the first weekend completely off since July that wasn’t a holiday or I wasn’t traveling. We’re going to see friends sing at a Broadway cabaret tonight and hanging out with friends we haven’t seen since last summer tomorrow!

We have been so lucky to have her this long! And she’s been relatively healthy for 15! I just know the end is near and it’s going to be so hard to let her go 😭 I’m just being grateful for every day that we still get to have with her.

My dad stopped to get film for the camera at Kmart and they barely made it to the hospital. My dad and an ER nurse delivered me because the doctor didn’t get there fast enough. The umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck and my dad had to unwrap it. I was 2 weeks early. Surprise!

Ooh I might get Q! I was born in the ER because I came out so fast. My mom was in labor for like 45 minutes.

She was on chicken & rice after her pukes last weekend but was back to dog food. I guess I went back too fast, or she just ate something weird outside or on the floor. She’s very sneaky about eating things she shouldn’t and has always had a very sensitive stomach. Back to chicken and rice I guess.

This morning she came downstairs and immediately went over to her bowl and ate all the treats from last night and all her morning meds 😅 no real food yet, but lately she hasn’t wanted to eat a lot of food in the mornings.

I was worried last night because Very Elderly Dog Molly was not eating last night & seemed nauseous. I gave her anti-nausea meds but it seemed to not help. She wouldn’t even eat her treats which has never happened 😬 she was a little restless last night too. But this morning she seems back to normal

Oh I know. My youngest students are 9. I’m older than most of their parents now.

During their first lesson I asked if they had any questions about clarinet and they asked me what my favorite color is. Very golden retriever energy (complimentary)
