Totally. I think I usually only use pinks to temper greens. I found the neon more fun than the qiunacridones that I started with.

I'm playing with pinks in the studio today, a color outside of my comfort zone... This mixed media painting is on an 18"x24" sheet of watercolor paper.

I use a free app called inaturalist which helps me identify species in my garden. There are lots of professionals and enthusiasts alike who use the site and if you can't identify something, someone usually helps you out!

"You Can't See Me" has MANY layers of paint. Charcoal, graphite, pastels and dry pigments are embedded into those layers to create a rich and complex surface. And truthfully, we never see anyone in their entirety
