Attentive lady. This cat cubby is close to my bed and Ember likes to sit there and watch to see when I’ll finally get out of bed on Sundays. She will snuggle for a bit in the morning, then move here when she thinks it’s time to get up.

I have heard of these. Mine is usually not so debilitating that I’ve resorted to trying this, but I’m going to save those links.

I do feel better this morning. It might just have been lack of food. (I got busy and had a late dinner)

When I do get vertigo it’s usually worse when I’m standing, but I feel a bit dizzy even when sitting or laying down. Right now I feel pretty bad laying down. But ok as long as I keep my head still. Any head movement brings it back.
