Funny story: I had permission to unlock for a session recently. When re-caging, in a moment of absence, I forgot to actually insert the locking barrel. (My @kink3d.com holds itself together even without the lock.)

The closest I’ve seen is called “honeycomb” but I don’t think that’s quite what you’re describing…

Generally just a variant of “suspension ring” or “shibari ring”, I don’t believe it has a specific name. (I’d call the one that splits into three sections a triskelion, though.) There are lots of variants on Etsy.
