on #internationalfeministresistanceday i do ponder how differently my world and my experiences would look like if i were a white. for starters a lot of the things i say would not be labelled "divisive", "racist against white people" or "just a distraction from real issues™️"

on #feministresistanceday everyone who is no a white cis person, or even just a white cis man, should be entitled to financial compensation for all the corporate #iwd BS we're all exposed to on this day

retire #iwd, on #internationalfeministresistanceday white women, especially cis women need to acknowledge the immense support we have always been receiving from trans people, especially Black trans people who have often put their bodies on the line risking safety and health for all of us.

on #internationalfeministresistanceday non-Black poc stop centering themselves in anti racist conversations. anti-Blackness is not a ~us-centric~ phenomenon.

in our talk my boss emphasised the importance of me being 9-5 on site, however almost everyone else, including him, are working from home and I find if its THAT important that i don't get to work from home it should be reflected in my salary in a meaningful way.

about my current job: pay has gotten better over the last year, although it's still not enough to feed 2 people. 2 part timers have been hired to support me. the team is nice. but lately i see job ads with remote office options AND better pay and tbh i feel i HAVE to go for them.

Wir als trans Menschen erleben gerade einen nie gekannten Aufschwung von Gewalt und Ausgrenzung der oft unwidersprochen bleibt oder sogar von faschistischen Feminismus-Cosplayer*innen noch beklatscht wird.

Heute ist #feministischerKampftag und ich bin sehr müde. Müde von der ständigen und überall erstarkenden Gewalt gegen trans Geschwister, die alle, auf die eine oder andere Art, Feminismus und Fürsprache bräuchten und stattdessen ausgegrenzt werden.

women are not inherently more mature. we are socialised to be more mature. the world would not automatically be a better place if "women were in power". the world would be a better place if responsible behaviour would not be genderised and instead taught to all of us.
