Holding two colors in separate hands is still tricky for my gauge. The last time I knit this hat I scaled down two needle sizes and it still was a bit too large. Had a little bit more leftover last hat 😅

Stopped increasing on the ends at a certain point.

I’m unraveling back a little bit as I think the length I’ve gotten to is a bit too bulky on me. Will be reknitting with the last part of the chart for a nice trim.

Funny story about these shawl pins from Stephen Willette. I bought one years ago for a cashmere shawl. I was carless at the time, walking to go see a play downtown when I heard it drop. I found the circle piece, but not the pin stick.

Days later, I found it in a crack in the road safe as could be!
