It is absolute and utter neglect to let this come this close to the wire just as the US has let most of its overseas broadcasting shutter.

I came across a thread full of Brits supporting Donald Trump in his lawsuit against the BBC. Essentially, they want to see it destroyed because they don't like its coverage of domestic politics. So, I asked Deepseek for a list of every service that the BBC provides. This is why I pay my licence fee.

Last night our local news, at least the news our postcode gets, was pretty good. A ship had been rescued and also a horse had been retrieved from a ditch. Crew and horse all good. We are nowhere near the sea or the ditch but it was heartwarming anyway.
