Book pirates who steal for their entertainment, are always doing Olympic back bends to try to look like they’re Jean Valjean, and the people they are literally stealing from are Javert.

How to budget for an audiobook:
- divide your books word count by 9,300 to calculate the number of hours it will be.
- take the narrator’s rate (typically $200-300) x hours.

There are royalty share options with lower up front costs, but knowing the hours is key.
