Happy Inauguration Day. I hope the turmoil of the last 20 years sees the beginning of the end with the United States becoming more united but I worry these next 4 years might be a touch rocky.

What comes first? Lower home costs, cost sharing models, or government sponsored home insurance. The level of nonrenewals is going to have an effect on the economy….
