So much more anxious about this appointment than I was expecting to be

I don’t know what it is in the stars about this week but this is historically the week when I have some sort of menty b. 2026 is deciding to stick with the status quo. I’m burnt out, overstimulated, and insanely overwhelmed. Taking tomorrow off to reboot and breathe.

I just want to know why this man feels the need walk so hard. He was walking in my direction earlier and he truly triggered my fight or flight.

Love that the Facebook told me I don’t have to work tomorrow before staff received anything official word from management. 🙃

So I binged almost all of Heated Rivalry last night (episodes 2-6). 10/10 show. I loved every minute. I will admit I’ve felt weird emotional since finishing it. I feel like I’ve seen a lot of people raving about Ilya and while he is so hot. I can’t stop thinking about Shane. 🫣🫠🙃

The whole system is down and we’re the first line of communication for incoming phone calls. I want to lay down on the freeway.

I mainly listen to podcasts and audiobooks nowadays so my numbers are very down. And I use Apple Podcasts so it doesn’t show that listening time in my wrapped.

Incredibly overstimulated today and the volume at work is only able to be drowned out but blasting music in my headphones, which isn’t much better for my brain. Can today be over now? 😥😭🫨

I stopped denying and came to terms with my queerness at 26. I came out to some select friends and family that week. I openly told most people that I was gay but didn’t fully announce it until the following year. Oh, I’m 36.

Time to bring back the fun colors.

It’s nothing that’s changed while you’re gone. Just complaining cause the one time I need to physically print reports to help me, the font is different so they’re getting cutoff even though my settings never changed. 😤

Just have to love banking systems. “Hey we know that this looks and operates like it’s 2005, so we did an update to make it better! Now it looks and functions like it’s 1995! Isn’t that great?!” 😭🤬

This is going to be one of those weeks where I want to be overly stressed and freak out but I’m going to do my best to remain calm and focus on what I’m doing, not what’s left to be done.

Slightly panicking at the thought of having to have the conversation I need to have with my newish doctor tomorrow. I feel like it’s going to be awkward for both of us, but I refuse to avoid it due to the awkwardness.

I haven’t watched a full season of Dragula in a while but having followed some of the queens on social media and from the seasons that I’ve watched, I’m really excited about almost the entire cast and just might have to watch.

I think I’m reaching the point in my emotions where if I don’t write them down I won’t be able to rest, but I’m also so mentally exhausted I don’t know if I have the capacity to write what I need to write.
