I don't think I'll be drawing most of what I write as far as NSFW because it looks stupid. like that's an actual in-setting detail that gets remarked upon even. it looks stupid and goofy as hell (as actual sex frequently does) and X struggles with his self-image a lot as a result so. yeah nah.

this is going to be so boring to anybody who followed me from the dead bird site as a shortstack artist. I am so sorry. I do not control the speed at which the hyperfixation changes 🙏🙏🙏 but it's not like I'm not also that, I've just been not feeling it so much for a while

I'm still kinda working the plot in, it tends to write itself as "here's an interesting way they should bang" and then I go, wait that totally fits into the broader narrative if I just add a non-sex scene here...

so it's kind of in pieces still? but I have a solid outline so it's fine

the social implications of "almost all reploids are ace" and "reploids and humans don't often get involved in relationships each other" vs "but there is a burgeoning industry for reploid sex toys/accessories/mods" sure are very interesting to me though

also: the challenge of figuring out what you can even do when out of the three characters banging, *one* of them even has the hardware for it.

well, I did spend a lot of time in the main fic series saying reploids were nothing if not very inventive! they work it out pretty well actually

tfw you're like, I am going to interrupt this scene so hard by having someone suddenly throw their back out because they're physically disabled and didn't mind their ergonomics and it's going to be a better scene for it. to me. no idea what anyone reading will think but I didn't write it for them

speaking of holding positions I don't think I've seen anybody writing MMX smut (or much smut in general) that involves having to figure out how to do things comfortably with a disabled character involved and that's been fun actually to write about

(well I'm a sex-positive aroace too so if anybody doesn't like it: tough shit make your own representation. but I stress about it a lot. it's a strange position to hold in many people's opinions but I'm here anyway)
