My fortnightly Lynn News column was published today, and in it I speak about Remembrance Day, and the Government's work to ensure our armed forces personnel, veterans, and their families are supported.

Last week, in Parliament, I asked the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, Peter Kyle MP, two questions about the steps he is taking to encourage investment in business, and particularly businesses in rural areas to help unlock growth potential.

I was pleased to spend some time this week collecting donations for the Royal British Legion at Sainsbury’s in Thetford.

RBL is a remarkable charity who work tirelessly to provide support to our Armed Forces community, wherever and whenever it’s needed, and it is an honour to champion their work.

This morning, I was in Norwich for BBC Radio Norfolk’s ‘The Hot Seat’ interview where South West Norfolk constituents were invited to send in their questions for me to answer live on air.

I was in Kings Lynn last night to support The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust Awards Ceremony. This event recognises the fantastic staff and volunteers that provide incredible service to patients and visitors at the QEH.

Met with the Ovarian Cancer Support Group at NNUH alongside @terryjermymp.bsky.social & Alice Macdonald.

As I continue treatment for melanoma, I’m more determined than ever to back cancer patients and support groups – and to keep making the case for Zoe’s Law.

As I have said with regards the Queen Elizabeth Hospital its staff and patients have been let down for many, many years.

We needing to putting resources in, we need to be putting money in and our residents deserve far better when it comes to healthcare.

Today, I met with a group of farmers including H G Bliss Farms and Norfolk NFU - National Farmers' Union reps to talk about all things farming related, including sugar beet, irrigation and abstraction, APR, disease and pests, and other rural economy issues. A very useful and worthwhile conversation.
