I know it’s very in vogue to act like the trilogy was only about Star Wars itself (very bad take), but the entire FO conflict is about how ignoring the legacy of fascism enables its return. It’s about how the younger generations have to pick up the slack because the older generations got complacent.

This was something I feel Resistance fleshed out well in it’s better moments, devoting a characters arc over the first season to being slowly radicalized and the tactics the FO used to do so

Today I retire from Wizards of the Coast after 28 years. With D&D’s 50th anniversary wrapping up and the revised rulebooks doing gangbusters, this is the perfect fairytale ending for me. I can’t wait to enjoy D&D purely as a fan again, knowing the game is in good hands. See you in the Feywild!
