Minor setback tonight.

A person put their full weight on my shoulders during a hug. My body buckled. A familiar sharp pain is now present. I’ve chosen to go back on crutches for a few days to give my knee an extra break. I’ll call my surgeon on Friday if there’s still pain.

Yesterday was a lot. Walked more to get used to non-limp movements again. Took a shower, felt amazing! & tried the stairs a couple times.

Update: just had the bandage removed. Knee is airing out before putting bandaids on the incision sites

A lot of swelling. I never noticed before (probably turned a blind eye) but my right leg atrophied a lot. Did some light PT exercises & I’m very shaky. It’s, weird.

Next step: shower tomorrow!
