I quite enjoyed the court segment, and getting out of jail. Pretty fun story. It does get worse with the fact that black knight fortress is updated but not this quest, leaving confusion behind. (Especially as timeline order don't have you visiting that untill far later). 5/10
146. The Fremennik Isles
While doing the jester spy stuff once was fun, twice is too much and just adds to the feeling of the quest being needlessly drawn out. Not much payoff on Jatizo either, and felt bored during larger parts of it. I enjoyed the final confrontation regardless. 3/10
145. Lunar Diplomacy
The writing for the pirate part were excellently humourous. Then the arrival to lunar island was quite cool too, and the final dream segment while a bit slow was a joy to do. 7/10
144. A Fairy Tale II - Cure a Queen
I enjoyed the puzzle, story was a decent continuation of part 1. And while having to type in random codes might seem a bit much, i enjoyed it due to 1. The amount of areas and shortcuts you find 2. Every code used being saved in a list. 5/10
143. Royal Trouble
Felt that it didn't really use the princess/prince well nor the fact you're supposed to be the one ruling, but besides that it was a decent time trouble solving. 4/10
142. A Fairy Tale I - Growing Pains
I dislike how the character acts as if fairies are weird, when a requirement to do this quest is you finding lost city of fairies. Oddly expects you to do the first quest in the middle of this one. Also rest of quest was fine but nothing to write home about. 3/10
141. Cabin Fever
Cute little quest of plundering a ship on the sea, which is always a pleasure in any videogame. Had a single joke that it played out to death despite its short runtime. 4/10
140. Enakhra's Lament
Quite liked how it started as a statue building quest to then turn into something more very quickly. Overall it wasn't bad, but felt like it was missing something. 4/10
139. Devious Minds
It's very short and feels like it doesn't go anywhere. It's just pure setup which would have been better as a beginning of a longer quest rather than one on its own. 3/10
138. Rum Deal
Great small cutscenes, great atmosphere, funny dialouge and in general just such a vibe. The lack of payoff here is the best payoff as it made me laugh out loud. 7/10
137. Between a Rock...
Cryptic treasure hunts with no guidance and solution requiring redoing the same thing multiple times without any feedback? Not a fan. All for it to end with a jumpcut after defeating the boss, leaving an impression of unsatisfaction. 2/10
136. One Small Favour
Well designed fetch quest, making you go a long clear route bit by bit thrown in with some fun jokes and happenings. But nothing that stood out to me particularly fondly. 5/10
135. Troll Romance
Despite it's name, felt very little to do with trolls or romance. Mostly get to slide a sled, which is cool visually but lacked control, and so felt dissapointing. 3/10
134. Haunted Mine
Decent enough cave puzzle. Could use some polishing on the animation apartment. 4/10
133. Throne of Miscellania
Quite cute, despite its simpler premise and tone I found quite some enjoyment here. Would have been better if it ended with a wedding though since as of now it didnt feel like a proper ending. 5/10
132. Horror from the Deep
The vibes are great, the writing was funny and the boss had decent mechanics. Puzzles a bit too obvious but didn't take away from the experience. 6/10
131. Underground Pass
While the lore is cool and the exploration of the cave is decent fun, the unambigiousness of certain things like the barrel made it slightly frustrating. 4/10
Halloween: Guys and Dolls
Simple gameplay but fun dialouge which is all it needs to be, made me smile reading it. Lacks a real payoff but not in a way that detracts from it. 6/10
Halloween: Field of Screams
I liked that it managed to have trick or treating just like real life incorporated into the quest while still ending it with a runescape style maze. 5/10
Easter: Great Egg-spectations
Very lackluster. Not a lot going on and even has you do questionable things with no consequence. Felt very pointless and lacked any humour or point to it. 2/10
Seasonal Runescape 3 Quest bonus mini review thread! Since they count as quests I might aswell review them like I do with other quests.
13.10.2025 13:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0130. Shilo Village
While I want to like this more, since excavating tombs is always a pleasure, the quest log is outright broken in this saying things I haven't done which confused me, and refused to show the things I have sometimes. It wasn't just not helpful, it outright made it harder. 3/10
129. Fight Arena
A lot of the good comes from using the area fully for the quest, which I enjoy. I like how they have you walking and not just teleporting too, feels more immersive than a lot of other older quests. 5/10
128. Temple of Ikov
A dungeon dvelve with not much direction can be fun, and I think this one delivered decently. Nothing stands out too negatively nor positively so a perfect 5/10.
127. Family Crest
Doesn't do anything interesting and is at its best a fetch quest like early quests without the introductionary reasoning for existence. Uninteresting characters, uninteresting gameplay, uninteresting quest. 3/10
126. The Eyes of Glouphrie
The puzzle was nice and it's always cool when a quest changes how you see the area it takes place in through revelation of environmental world building. But it ends as soon as it starts and feels slightly lacking. 4/10
125. The Grand Tree
I quite enjoy the oldschool puzzle design, where you know what to do and how if you spend time looking and reading - without being too open. The story was simple but works well as a quest start for a longer series, even had a boss! But overall nothing too special. 4/10
124. My Arm's Big Adventure
Bit of a slow start but once it picks up it has great slapstick humour and a fun progressing story for such a simple task that is growing a herb. 5/10
123. Eadgar's Ruse
A lot of walking back and forth but still a decent experience. I enjoyed the final sneak part too, served as a good finale to ingredient gathering. 4/10
