It was an actual busy Sunday yesterday:
- going to the gym
- baking some cinnamon rolls
- making lunch
- hiking in the afternoon
- making dinner
- somewhere in between reading a little bit
- also somewhere in between taking a shower

During my hike yesterday, I suddenly saw two butterflies. And next of that I was in a total "aww" moment, I was also like, "Okay, better/warmer weather is coming 🦋😌🌞

Writing my Morning Pages, while listening to this audio book and enjoying a cup of coffee (which I need a lot today) 🖊🎧📚

In 2021, I got this book after @karendavidofficial.bsky.social noticed it in one of her Tea with Karen live vídeos. But because of some things etc etc, I didn't come to read/do it. But now, with that, I also listen to books, I figured out this one is also an audio book. So let's do this 💪🏼🎧📚

A lot of love, strength to everyone, but also to the first responders who overwork a lot, to succeed in their work 💪🏼🙏🏼💚💜

Constantly with in my bag as well.. this pain in my knees and ankle isn't fun anymore (love old injuries and an old/presence inflammation).

Now I have to learn myself to use this one more often in public as well, and to have less pain
