Tried my hand at some physical media with my new ohuhu markers! She may be stiff and flat… but I can now draw a xenomorph entirely without reference!

The fact that I had to narrow down pieces I liked from this year to pick just eight was a huge realization to me, because I’ve never made that many pieces that I actually liked.

As challenging as 2025 was in so many ways, it was one of my most important years for art. It’s the year I finally started taking my art seriously. I started practicing with dedication and I actually started to share my progress and dreams with others instead of keeping it all inside.
