I know this is really outta the blue, I saw someone in a comment talk about it and it reminded me of how that happened to my partner. Thankfully, their parents knew about us and accepted us, but like. Damn, some bitch really tried to ruin the lives of two gay middle schoolers huh.

Neighbors do it, teachers do it, family members do it, and it pisses me off because it's NEVER about concern. What is there to be concerned over? That they're gay?
You just want to see them get in trouble. You want them "converted". You don't actually care.

I'm mainly talking about kids being queer; that shit really irks me.
Like letting some girl's parents know that their daughter might have a crush on GASP!! Another girl? And they're like "Oh just letting you know cause I'm worried!" like they're not just trying to get her in trouble/punished

Our Response to Mississippi’s Age Assurance Law - Bluesky A new Mississippi law requires us to block full access to Bluesky unless all users complete age checks. We have concerns about this law’s implementation.

With legal challenges to this law pending, we cannot justify building the expensive required infrastructure.

For now, we have made the difficult decision to block access in Mississippi.
