It’s been so uncomfortable. Yesterday there was no breeze and we were all struggling. Mum has a parasol now to help, as well as a hat. As long as she doesn’t put any more on me. ❤️

Mum saw Mark Steel at the Hay Festival yesterday afternoon. He told us about his cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery. We love Mark’s humour and he was on good form yesterday. A reminder to cherish each other, and life.

Mum saw @ledbydonkeys.org at the Hay Festival on Friday. They were talking about their activism and how we can all do something, even community activities. It’s harder to break a united community with lies. They were tremendous.

It’s very hot and sunny here in Cymru, so we are out early. I found a new ball!
I can’t have dairy so this is a thrilling moment. I’ve missed nutella a lot.
Since changing to non dairy it amazes what’s in things when you read the ingredients.
It’s got milk in it normally.
