My husband lifts with friends and I’m working on mobility and (very) light cardio & stamina building as my first goals as I’ve had issues with plantar fasciitis & sciatica, so I don’t want to hurt myself! Weight training is definitely on the list of habits to build and I’m excited to!

It’s exciting but also a lil bittersweet because I’m traveling this weekend and likely to be out of my normal food & exercise routine which is always hard & I’ll probably see my weight bump up a bit but! Progress is not linear!

Got protein bars & powder, drink mix, and coffee concentrate to make some beloved proffees. Also packing some pistachios for a salty treat 💪

And 2) my veins in my hands and arms are looking slightly more prominent?? These things are small but stuff that I’m noticing and excited about!

Very excited to have a place to keep all my health goals and progress tracked
