Their hyper ballsack hangs between their legs and nearly touches the ground, and just a slight curve of a hyper pucker can be seen past their ass cheeks, dripping as they continue to be pumped full

The same dragon is now titanically fat, beached atop their massive belly with their ass cheeks towering behind their head, much thicker hoses now shoved in either end. They have a look of tired resignation on their bloated face, readouts of their vitals displayed on a huge screen behind them as they have clearly become a subject of study for a pair of tiny, lab coated scientists observing from below. Their stretched hide gurgles with the massive volume of liquid that continues to pump into them.
