New ADHD model: it is not an attention problem. It is a power supply problem. Executive function costs energy. When energy is low, expensive operations shut down first. The inconsistency is not a flaw. It is physics.

The internal clock in #ADHD is not broken. A 2026 dimensional review suggests timing differences reflect regulatory variability tied to attention and motivation, not fixed impairment. Context and structure influence consistency. Full breakdown on Substack. tinyurl.com/mvj6e7tk

Loneliness in autistic and ADHD males is measurable. A 2026 scoping review of 82 studies found consistent differences in perceived belonging & social support, associated with mental health risk. Correlation, not causation. Still clinically relevant. Full breakdown tinyurl.com/bdcmbstu

Late autism diagnosis explains regulatory patterns. It does not define personality or worth.
Over-identification after diagnosis is common and temporary when processed well.
Use the label to reduce friction, not shrink identity.

If effort fixed ADHD, it would have fixed it by now.

Executive function is not motivation. Research on initiation latency and reward regulation suggests friction, not character, is often the bottleneck.

Sleep problems in early autism are often dismissed as β€œjust part of it.”
Longitudinal data suggests something more uncomfortable:
Sleep and behavioural regulation influence each other over time.

Masking helps autistic adults survive.
Long term masking is linked to anxiety, depression, exhaustion, and identity strain.
The problem is not weakness. It is prolonged adaptation under pressure.
And no, the solution is not β€œjust unmask.”

Why can one adult be denied a diagnosis by one doctor & receive it from another using the same evidence? We’re diving into the "roll of the dice" that is adult ADHD assessment, & why the bottleneck isn't a lack of science, but a lack of clinical consistency.

The idea that autistic people lack empathy isn't just a misunderstanding; it’s a scientific error. This post breaks down the difference between cognitive and affective empathy, explains the "Double Empathy Problem," and explores why this myth refuses to die.

Stop blaming parents for a neurodevelopmental disorder.
Follow me for evidence-based ADHD content that respects families instead of shaming them.

Put kids on effective medication.
Blind the parents.
Parenting patterns shift toward typical levels.
That tells you what drives what.

When parenting looks different in ADHD families, cause runs backward.
The child’s ADHD drives the stress.
Often the parent has ADHD too.

Shared environment equals parenting.
Twin data shows shared environment contributes little to ADHD.
Sometimes nothing at all.

Twin studies test this directly.
They separate genetics from parenting.
Result.
ADHD heritability sits around 70–80%.

MatΓ© argues ADHD forms from sensitive kids plus stressed parents.
Sounds neat.
Problem.
Science does not support it.

I saw a great video where Russell Barkley breaks down the science that flat-out contradicts Gabor MatΓ©'s claim that ADHD comes from bad parenting.
No. It does not.
No matter how often TikTok says otherwise.

This is a statement against state violence and impunity.

Individual crimes β‰  justification for detention deaths or extrajudicial force.

Obedience is not innocence.
Accountability does not stop at the badge.

Bad-faith comments or dehumanization will be removed.

This isn’t just a song β€” it’s a statement.
For every life lost in detention.
For every mask that hid a coward.
For every lie that tried to bury the truth.
We remember. We call it what it is.
Say their names.

You may have seen these ads pop up. From the second I saw them, I knew they were shady as hell.
Their β€œVIP” bull is nothing but a way to get you to pay them with the promise of higher payouts.

To those who are pissing and moaning because your mango moron didn’t win the Nobel:
You want somebody actively conducting war on his own country to win a peace prize?
Do you realize just how fucking stupid this sounds?
But no, it’s not a cult πŸ™„

For clarity: she wasn’t trying to profit or repost, just recording a few lines out of admiration. It’s a fan thing, not theft. We just want empathy for kids who create out of love.
I’m a musician, artist, and author. I get protecting IP, but this feels more like restricting fans than preserving art.

So my autistic 13-year-old made some fan voice-acting clips inspired by her favorite creator (no ads, no profit, just love) and got copyright strikes. We’ve emailed, no response. I get protecting IP, but I hope creators remember empathy matters more than control.
