We are good thanks, better than the last week or two
We are adapting well to a change in diet for P and his diabetes and his blood sugar numbers are coming down nicely
Got decorators in too, hall stairs and landing, not been done for years

We love Belgium in general and loved Ghent when we went there Its nearly as good as Bruges! Great beers, choc, architecture canals etc have a fab time

Struggling a bit tbh mate, P just got told hes got diabetes and hes finding it hard to deal with
Having to do a finger prick test twice a day at minute and making big changes to our meals etc
