There are many proponents in fandom of the idea that Zhangmen-shixiong has an ample bosom. This prompt and 'erectile dysfunction' were paired as they're both body part-specific prompts, and boobs can serve as a fun alternative if any dick action is intentionally foregone.

One could also emphasize rubbing, stimulating, or highlighting the chest on this day in other ways. Chest massage? Listening to someone's heartbeat or breathing at their chest?

Erectile dysfunction was chosen as a prompt because Yue Qingyuan's inability to unsheathe Xuan Su in canon is often discussed as a metaphor for erectile dysfunction, since as we know, in SVSSS, swords=dicks. This is why erectile dysfunction coincides with the SFW prompt Xuan Su on the 7th.

The great news is that not having a boner does not by any means prevent arousal, feeling pleasure in the area, or orgasm! Also, it may be of interest to know that, since dicks are made of spongy tissue, when soft, they are very malleable. They can be squished so much. In all kinds of ways.

It could also be due to drugs (or blood mites since we're in SVSSS) for inhibiting erection, blood loss, cold temperatures, or pure sexual exhaustion after already coming who knows how many times.
