Starmer gave 3 big anniversary in power interviews. (Tom McTague, Tom Baldwin, Josh Glancy). This one is based on 5 conversations. They share a theme of his being taciturn/uncommunicative. He didn't seem to have had a particular what next' message - beyond getting on with serious job in tough times
