Fuzzy memories and hard facts: An SC accuser's claims against Epstein, Trump examined An alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein gave FBI agents true accounts of her time growing up in SC. Claims she made about Donald Trump remain unsubstantiated.

This @postandcourier.bsky.social investigation of the woman accusing Pres Trump and Epstein of sexual assault is excellent. The allegations remain unproven. But the reporters confirmed elements of her story, and blackmail by Epstein illuminates his approach. www.postandcourier.com/news/epstein...

Northwestern University
Summary:
A sweeping new study from Northwestern University reveals that scientific fraud is no longer just the work of a few rogue researchers—it has evolved into a global, organized enterprise. By analyzing massive datasets of publications, retractions, and editorial records, researchers uncovered networks involving “paper mills,” brokers, and compromised journals that systematically produce and sell fake research, authorship slots, and citations.

Look, it's just purely a coincidence that Donald Trump started a war just days before the release of FBI 302s of interviews of a victims claiming he raped her when she was 13 years old.

...and in other news, the US now has an operation in Ecuador. Clearly, the POTUS is working overtime to distract from the Epstein files. (And the DOJ is making them disappear.)

AOC: He impulsively went in on Venezuela. He impulsively went in on Iran. It led to increased global instability and every time he’s done that, it has been consistent with a spike in what is happening with the Epstein files. I think that he feels existentially tied to it.

I worked as a free-lance journalist in college, writing for Reuters, the now-defunct UPI, and a bunch of local papers in New Jersey as well as serving as campus stringer for the New York Times. The fact that AP thinks LLMs can write articles is BS.

Did Trump start a war to distract from the fact that the Epstein files contain allegations that he raped a child? Sure looks like it.....and hiding the documents related to the incident doesn't exactly make him look innocent.

May they rest in peace. And may Congress prevent more senseless deaths by shutting down Trump's illegal war.

This certainly violates the "wall of separation" between church and state. I don't think bombing Iran and starting a war in the Middle East to bring about the "end times" as described in the Book of Revelation is something that Congress should permit.

St. John's University says it no longer recognizes faculty unions after 56 years St. John's University in Queens, New York, notified employees on Feb. 19 that it will no longer recognize the two unions that have represented faculty members at the Catholic university since 1970.

"This shameful attack on the St. John's faculty union betrays the university's history and most deeply-held Catholic values. It's outrageous that religious leaders are joining in the assaults on higher education that are happening nationwide."
