New Senate GOP bill would kill clean power and spike energy costs Under pressure from Trump, Senate Republicans unveiled legislation so restrictive that even Elon Musk and the Chamber of Commerce’s policy chief oppose it.

Over the past decade, the cost of solar has dropped by 90%! Not only is solar electricity now the cheapest source of energy, it is reliable, requires no water, will create (rather than kill) jobs, and can be recycled.
