Looks like the Journey Aviation plane the U.S. previously used to deport eight men to South Sudan is set to return to El Paso, Texas, from Djibouti (East Africa) with a stopover (refueling?) in Shannon, Ireland.

I'm still unsure if this was another ICE deportation operation, but it seems likely.
