This problem that has be driving me nuts for weeks was caused because I mixed up the names of two structs that define the register map for this IO expander depending on the setting of the bank bit. I'm so fucking dumb man holy shit.

I'm probably never going this hard again. For im@s 20th anniversary and Deresute's 10th I really made an effort to go all out. After this year I'm probably going back to 1-2 trips a year sadly. Maybe less given the unstable economy.

idr exactly what I'm up to now but I think the total flight costs so far for Deresute Osaka+Tokyo+Kanagawa, Hotchpotch 2, MaiNote Fes, and NEI total to somewhere around $11,500.
Mind you I haven't even booked ML12th or the CG Memorial Live yet. The total damages will probably be close to $15k.
