Yesterday, our #ParaPLAYHub (@DalHealth @Dal_HAHP) celebrated Maggie and Ashley for completing their MSc & MA degrees. 🎉 We had fun at #PuppyYoga (CKC breeder partners to socialize pups! 🐶) Now, the team wants to adopt a 'Lab Puppy'. Haha! Congrats, Maggie and Ashley! I'm so proud of you!! 😍

We had a great time at the Emera Oval this morning supporting staff to coach sledge skills. Chilly day but beautiful sunshine! The Emera Oval has lots of free adapted equipment to borrow, including sledge but also snowsleds and hippocampes for scooting around the Halifax Commons! Check them out! ❤️🤗

To feel the wind on your face as you skate quickly around the rink is an experience all kids should have. A new 11-year-old skated with us today at #LearntoSledge. They said it was "the best ever". With a push handle, we kept skating faster & faster together with joyful laughter. My heart is full! ❤️

When writing video captions, caption words the way it is commonly written, especially when a word is spoken phonetically. For example, if someone says "N-double-A-C-P," write NAACP. "Eight or nine hundred" is more readable as "800 or 900."
