i tweaked my back so bad last night i couldnt move. its better today but it still hurts. it was a 11 out of 10 pain. & i have an app today for my 6 week post op acl. i can barely walk theyre gonna think its my knee but nope just messed up my back. (i already have a slipped disk). im accident prone 😅

So little Persephone chose me this morning so she is staying with us! ive never seen this color pattern before & she has the same heart spot on the back of her head just like her mama, Penelope!
