The last panel at #RetailInnovation25 focused on driving sustainable consumer choices.
Customers must have access to reliable and understandable information. Tools such as the Digital Product Passport will contribute to drive these choices.

Many consumers are not aware of their rights and we have to work towards this awareness and making consumer rules effective.
