I unabashedly REJECT this mentality, the amount of money I charge will have little impact on how much I can stand to be alone with myself, and look myself in the mirror every day.

So, for this month, in Nine days. I'm offering yet ANOTHER class.

Business people will try to argue that I should "pay what I'm worth" but what is the price of a soul? What dollar amount can I possibly and conceivably place on the amount of compassion and love I have for all of the people going through it right now?

To that end, since January I've hosted once a month Master Classes on different subjects around wellness and wellbeing at a "pay what you can" price.

As a Nonbinary, Neurodivergent, & BIPOC Trauma Educator and consultant I am acutely aware of the impact everything will have on historically excluded groups and coming into this year I made a simple commitment: Offer accessible healing to anyone in need.

The economy is in crisis. Tariffs are constantly going back and forth. We've hinging on yet another Great Depression, and what happens to all of the people in need of mental health services?

It doesn't mean they're "bad people" but it does point in the direction of emotional immaturity and lack of awareness.

We end up causing even more harm in the long run. Because every neurotic behavior we developed through our life comes wout at some point, often time unconsciously and subconsciously. It's why a lot of parents feel taken aback when their child tells them they were harmed while beign raised by them.

Also, a mom who did a damn good job, to use your words, is what you have done, but it's not everything that you are. We often lose our Authenticity in these roles we fill, and if we haven't done the necessary work to connect deeply to that version of ourselves as we navigate life that's often how

Yes I have indeed. It was a very painful process. Also abandoment isn't just physical. If a child chooses to estrange themselves from a parent it's typically because there was emotional abandonment/neglect/lack of emotional maturity long before the child chooses to estrange themselves.

Imposter Syndrome no longer needs to exist for any of us anymore. If a twice-impeached convict can become the leader of a nation then you can absolutely do whatever it takes to make your wildest dreams come true. Because lord knows you are ten times more qualified to do that than he is to do this.

Then estrangement may be necessary so they aren't actively harming each other while trying to maintain a relationship dynamic that is no longer sustainable. And - in fact - could be incredibly harmful

One of the things we don't consider, is the people you have a shared history doesn't necessarily mean they're the best people to share a future with you. If both parties aren't continuing to self-develop, work, evolve, and grow, if one person wants to thrive while the other wants to stay stagnant

"That it is completely okay to recognize that they can't be in your life. It doesn't mean that you don't love them. What it does mean is you love yourself enough to no longer enable or consent to that behavior around or near you. Remember, you can't change people who don't want to change."

If you are doing it for the sake of living, breathing, and feeling like your most #authentic self then you are not being selfish. If you are doing so because you recognize the toll their behaviors or bigotry have on you"
